Welcome to the group.

I am so excited to spend the next 5 days with you.

My goal over these next 5 days is to teach you different ways to use food to fuel your body.   Not every BODY is the same.   So, it make take some time for you to learn what works for you and what does not.   That is all part of the process.   Our first goal is to start feeling better, have more energy and sleep a solid 8 hours.  Yes, all of that is  possible just by changing what you are putting in to your body.

We are not necessarily trying to lose weight.   Although that will happen on its own if you follow the plan.    Our main focus is for you to  you experience how you feel when you put the right foods in your body.

I am providing you with a few tools to help you get started:

• a calorie target guide ~ to help you establish a base line amount for how much of each food you should be eating.

• a food category breakdown ~ this in conjunction with your calorie target will help you get the correct combination of foods from each category.

• PRIVATE Facebook Group ~ this will allow us to communicate on a more personalized basis.

• You get me ONE-on-ONE for 5 days.

A few requirements:

Create a FREE Team Beachbody Account establishing me as your coach.  (If  you already have a coach, I will contact you about your next step.)

Prep your food according to our food list.

Plan out your meals for each day.

Post in our group daily.

Please complete my evaluation at the end of our 5 days together.
