Intermittent Fasting for Today’s Aging Woman, Course Creator

Dy Ann started researching Intermittent Fasting when she turned 47.  That is when she started realizing that her body’s hormones were changing.

Her course, Intermittent Fasting for Today’s Aging Woman, evolved after 2 years of research. During her research journey, she realized there were no other women discussing this topic. In her late 40s, she was diagnosed with a pre-diabetic condition and was found to be insulin resistant. Because of her sudden inability to lose weight, she also sensed that her thyroid was also out of balance. The most frightening symptom was her loss of memory and mental clarity and considering her family history of Dementia and Alzheimers, she was afraid she would soon suffer that same fate. Using her experience in the health and wellness field along with her research on Intermittent Fasting, Dy made the decision to take control back of her own health and was able to heal her body.

Dy Ann’s passion is to teach and empower other women to learn how to listen to the signs and signals their body is sending them so they can make the necessary changes to heal their bodies.
