Today I explain how I increase the intensity of my workout. Day 17, week 3. And I have been doing this program on and off for the past 2 years. So, I have been there and done that.

At this point I really move my mindset from just working out to more of a training mode for my mind and my body. I increase the intensity by adding in more weight, modifying moves or adding in extra resistance bands. Today was Lower Fix. During the Bonus Round (Fire Hydrant) I added my Turbo Fire Weighted Gloves to my ankle to increase the intensity of this move and create a Training Move for my legs.
