Excellent HIIT style workout. Very little impact. Great cardio. All the things we are looking for as women in our 40s and 50s who want to shed fat, look lean and stay strong.

We start our first Accountability Group on November 14th and our second one on the 28th. This 30 day program is perfect to get us through the holidays. The punching and kicking will help us reduce stress and the short but intense HIIT style fitness training will help us keep those unwanted holiday pounds away this season.

I will be coaching women between the ages of 35 and 55 through a round of Core De Force. We will work on our fitness goals and create meal plans to help us with our hormones, fat loss and lean muscle mass.
