Insanity is one of my favorite workout programs.  It is one of the best programs out there to tone your body while slimming you down.   

In order to get the results I want from my Insanity workouts I need to fuel my body well.  

I try to Eat Clean as much as possible, while trying to maintain some normalcy for my family.  

Spaghetti Squash is a great way to include a familiar dish into your weekly family meal plan (Spaghetti) that will also help keep you on track with your Insanity Meal Plan and fitness goals.

How to make spaghetti squash

Give this simple and healthy meal a try……Don’t tell your kids it is Spaghetti Squash…..see if they even notice a difference.    Enjoy!
