Have you ever spiralized your zucchinni?  It sounds crazy to even say……but man is it a great way to incorporate more veggies into your life without feeling like you have to give up your favorite pasta dishes.

If you are trying to find ways to mix in healthier meal options into your family’s life, the only way to do that is to just start experimenting.

That is exactly what happened here.

Do you have a Veggetti yet?   Well, you need to go get one.  They are very inexpensive. Even the Veggetti Pro version is under $25.  I get all my gadgets at Amazon. I have listed information below with a DIRECT link to Amazon for the best price.

So this is our recipe:

Serves 2

  • 2 large zucchini

  • 1 tablespoon avocado oil

  • 3 gloves garlic

  • Marinara Sauce (your choice I look for sauce that is soy free)

  • Lean ground turkey

  • Dried red pepper flakes

Brown your ground turkey as usual.

I used a medium size skilled and place in on the stove on a medium heat.  Clean and mince your garlic then add it to your skillet with your avocado oil.

While my garlic is browning I spiralized my zucchini, then placed the zucchini  in the skillet with the avocado oil and minced garlic.

I gently tossed the zucchini in the pan until tender. About 7-10 minutes should be enough.

Ready to plate:Spiralized Zucchini

Zucchini, ground turkey, sauce, red pepper flakes.

Super easy, gluten free pasta…..without the pasta.
